Sugar Cookies
2 cups shortening
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sour cream
1 T. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. soda
8 cups flour
Beat eggs. Add other ingredients. Roll out about 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 400 until just golden around the edge.
