Hot Mustard

Hot Mustard

1/4 cup dry mustard
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar

Mix mustard and a little water; let set in a bowl.  Mix cornstarch, salt, sugar, and water till smooth, then add vinegar.  Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or till boils.  Remove from heat; let cool.  After cooled, add mustard and mix well.
