Pulled Sweet Pork

Pork Roast (around 3 lbs.)
1 cup picante sauce
1 cup brown sugar
Slow cook the roast overnight. In the morning, pull it apart and add the picante sauce and brown sugar. Then put it back in the cooker and simmer for several more hours. Done - yup it's that easy & that yummy! You can serve it on a bun, or it tastes a lot like the Cafe Rio pork that we always get on the salad.
